Cornute Family Reunion—2005: Cornute, Calloway & ME was hosted by Cindi and Danny Newbold and family.
The family assembled in Hayward, California from July 7 – 10, 2005 for the Cornute, Calloway and ME reunion. The lovely Oakland / San Francisco bay area was the setting for this family gathering honoring the 40th anniversary of the Cornute—Robinson Family Reunion held in Ironton, Ohio in 1965.
The festivities began Thursday evening with a reception in the hospitality suite at the hotel giving everyone an opportunity to relax and settle in. Friday we had a welcoming breakfast and a social gathering that evening, compliments of the hosting family.
The banquet, fun activities and family group photo took place at Scotts Seafood & Grill at Jack London Square in Oakland that Saturday evening.
Activities closed on Sunday with a picnic at Lake Chabot Park in Castro Valley where everyone bade their farewells and best wishes.
The Cornute Family Crest was introduced and adopted at this reunion.
